SPRI subsidies SASPI'S VOLCAB R&D project

SASPI is characterized by its continuous development and evolution of its machines. Nowadays it is not an exception and SASPI continues to innovate in new technologies and create new solutions to the problems presented by the market and customers.

On this occasion, they have carried out an R&D project called VOLCAB in which a compact equipment is developed to drill the heads of the bolts that are manufactured for aircraft engines, including a feeding and turning system for bolts and screws. This operation is carried out to lighten the weight of said parts as much as possible without losing strength. This project has been subsidized by SPRI in the HAZITEK program.
